The Cajun Music Hall of Fame and Museum is a project of the Cajun French Music Association and opened in 1997.  It is located at 230 South CC Duson Drive in Eunice, Louisiana (Location map from Google.).  It’s about two blocks off of U.S. Highway 190, the main East-West route through Eunice.  They have recently added figures of three musicians: Cleoma Breaux Falcon, Joe Falcon and Lionel Leleux.  Cleoma and Joe Falcon we’ve discussed before.  Leleux was a violinist and violin maker.  He was side man, not a band leader.  Information from LSU-EuniceCity of Eunice info.  Also located in Eunice:  The Liberty Theater, site of the weekly (during its season) music show, Rendezvous des Cajun.  And there’s also Savoy Music Center near Eunice, home of the Saturday morning jam session.  Make it a weekend in Eunice!
